An authorized DigiGames representative can access your computer remotely, as if they were sitting right in front of it, without needing to install any additional software. This feature is particularly useful if you’re experiencing computer or software issues that cannot be resolved over the phone.

Before proceeding, please notify Customer Care. To initiate support, simply download Ultraviewer, and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that this download does not install anything on your computer; it only grants temporary permission for our staff to access your machine. Feel free to delete the program once the support session has concluded.
