Return Policy Guidelines
DIGIGAMES guarantees the quality of every product we offer. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept any returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. This excludes refurbished and custom built items. Simply call us within 30 days of receiving your game show system for return authorization. Receipt of any product(s) sold, distributed, or manufactured by DIGIGAMES returned to DIGIGAMES must occur within 10 days of the issuance of the approved of return.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, or email printed authorization, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department. All requests for a return, exchange, or refund must be made in writing by sending an email to our Customer Service department. Reasons for the return or exchange do not need to be provided, but it certainly helps us improve future product designs.
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to DIGIGAMES. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for DIGIGAMES to process your request. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at DIGIGAMES’ discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through DIGIGAMES are subject to this Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
All returns received by DigiGames for a refund within 40 days of you receiving your game show gear are subject to a 15% restocking fee and is calculated based on the advertised price for the item listed on DIGIGAMES.COM regardless of its actual purchase price. If the current advertised price is not listed, then the price of the systems is calculated from our pricing guide. You may contact sales to obtain current pricing on your particular model.
Removal or alteration of a product’s serial number or serial number sticker, if applied to your system, will automatically void your DIGIGAMES Return Policy. Products that are returned to DIGIGAMES with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
Please note: The following applies only to the outright purchase of a DigiGames featured product. It does not apply where a partial or full ‘trade in’ of a previous DigiGames purchase has or had occurred. Please contact Customer Care for returns on a DigiGames product that was obtained in lieu of a full or partial ‘trade-in’.
Standard Return Policy

This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by DIGIGAMES are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned a) within 40 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or b) within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

This is our Detailed Limited 30-Day Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (products for which DIGIGAMES states ‘This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only’) must be returned to DIGIGAMES within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Additional coverage of any accessories, if any, is provided solely by the product’s manufacturer (as indicated by such manufacturer), whether or not DIGIGAMES is the manufacturer.
Limited Non-Refundable 60-Day Return Policy (used and/or refurbished equipment)

Return for replacement within: 60 days
This is our Detailed Limited Non-Refundable 60-Day Return Policy. Products that state ‘This item is covered by DIGIGAMES’ Non-Refundable 60-Day Return Policy’, or items labeled as ‘Non-refundable’ (or similar labeling) must be returned to DIGIGAMES within 60 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item.
Desktop PC, Notebook, Projector, and Projector Screen Return Policy
Return for refund within: non-refundable
Return for replacement within: 30 days (defective items only)
This is our Detailed Desktop PC, Notebook, Projector and Projector Screen Return Policy. Under this policy all Desktop PCs/Notebooks/Tablet Pcs/Projector/Projector Screen are non-refundable, and this supersedes all other return policies. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Any Desktop PCs/Notebook/Tablet PC/Projector/Projector Screen that is deemed defective may be returned for a replacement within 30 days only, but a request for refund will not be granted if a Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC/Projectors/Projector Screens is returned for a replacement, but no problems are found, the Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC/Projector/Projector Screen will be returned at your (the buyer’s) expense. You should be certain in your decision to purchase a Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC/Projector/Projector Screen and must agree to this policy before completing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.
A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, Tablet PC, Projector or Projector Screen that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at DIGIGAMES’ discretion, unless otherwise required by law. We strive to uphold our standard RMA processing time for these types of items; however, in some situations the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs. Unfortunately DIGIGAMES cannot expedite the RMA repair process in these situations, as we must abide by the manufacturer’s established processing time. Open-Box Items

This is our Detailed Open Box Item Return Policy. DIGIGAMES often sells items that are listed as ‘open-box.’ Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they bear this limited 15-day refund-only return policy through DIGIGAMES. Such items can only be returned within 15 days of the applicable invoice date. DIGIGAMES cannot provide replacement service for these items, as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings or dents. Should these items prove defective following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or DIGIGAMES) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. These items are not covered by any 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Software Return Policy (TRIVIA PRODUCTION SUITE, INC. POLICY)
Written Request for Return Retail Software for refund within: 30 days (must be unregistered)
Written Request for Return OEM Downloaded, Installed, and Registered Software for refund: non-refundable
Written Request for Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software Disc for replacement within: 30 days
This is our Detailed Software Return Policy.
Opened Retail or OEM software can only be returned for replacement, and replacement RMAs will only be honored if the returned software disc is defective or damaged.
Retail Boxed software may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. No software returns will be accepted after 30 days. Any software downloaded and registered from our site is non-refundable.
Custom Built Gaming Systems or Components/’Other Game Show Systems
Since custom designed and built products are manufactured after the customer places the order, no custom order cancellations, after start of production and prior to shipment, will be accepted. The customer is liable for the full purchase price of the custom-built product. Order cancellation will only be accepted between the placement of the custom order and the time production actually begins. There are no exceptions, and prepayment-in-full is required on all custom orders. This cancellation policy applies to all models listed in the ‘Other Game Show Systems’ part of any DigiGames’ sites but does not apply to production line items such as DigiGames’ web featured TM, V-Station, or Take It ‘er Leave It series models.
Mail In Rebate Policy
Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable.
Products offering mail-in rebates are not returnable to DIGIGAMES once the rebates have been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code.
Manufacturer’s Warranties

DIGIGAMES does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through DIGIGAMES are covered by other Manufacturers’ Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, it will be stated on that product’s web page. Manufacturers’ warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer’s web site. Detailed manufacturer warranty information can also be obtained for free by contacting our Customer Service department. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
Products that state ‘This item can be returned to the product manufacturer only’ must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or ‘end-user’) of the item.
LCD Dead-Pixel Policy
DIGIGAMES sells many products such as Notebooks, Monitors, and Gaming Equipment that feature LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screens. DIGIGAMES adheres to the dead-pixel policy that is observed by the majority of our manufacturers. In order to declare any product with an LCD screen ‘defective’ and eligible for replacement or refund through any applicable DIGIGAMES Return Policy, there must be a minimum of 8 (eight) dead LCD pixels.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
Sometimes items are returned to DIGIGAMES after the product has been discontinued. If DIGIGAMES no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either DIGIGAMES can send you a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
Downloadable Software
Downloadable software is non-refundable once the download is complete or you have received a ‘hard-copy’ compact disc containing the software instillation and you have been issued a registration key via phone support or email. If you have purchased downloadable software or a software compact disc, and did not register any of DigiGames’ distributed software games, the software may be ‘returned’ for a refund within 15 days of purchase. Once any of our software games have been registered, they may not be refunded for any reason.
Shipping Delays
We always try our best to make sure your order gets where it is going in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery error and shipping schedules. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will always do our best to help you. Contact us with any concerns or problems. DigiGames is not responsible for shipping delays caused by DHL, UPS, Grey Hound, Fed Ex or any other shipping service due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. All orders require a street address and phone number and may not be shipped to P.O. boxes. Please make sure someone will be at home to accept the package. The package will not be left at the delivery address without a signature. DigiGames will not be responsible for packages that are returned to us as undeliverable – the customer will still be charged. If a returned package needs to be shipped out a second time, the customer will incur a second shipping charge.
